Any and all returns must be authorized by RearProjectionLamps.com.
Warranty returns:
Product that is defective or dead on arrival only, may be returned for warranty exchange with a valid RMA number for exchange. All our lamps carry a 6 month warranty. No return shall be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain an RMA number write us via email at service@rearprojectionlamps.com. Please describe the problem with the product and attach a copy of original invoice or packing list when you write.
For lamps found to be defective within 6 months from the original invoice date, the customer must receive an RMA prior to being returned. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, but your replacement unit will be shipped free of charge. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by RearProjectionLamps.com must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please note, we will not accept a return with any unreasonable damage, alteration, or defacing of the lamp. The return must include your item with all original packaging. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. RearProjectionLamps.com recommends the use one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. RMA numbers issued by RearProjectionLamps.com are good for a period of 15 days. Warranty returns must be received at our warehouse within the RMA return period. RMA numbers will only be issued within 6 months from the original invoice date. Please note all our lamps carry specialized watermarks only visible with special equipment. Any lamp returned not bearing these marks will immediately be sent back to the customer and claims denied.
Non-Warranty Returns:
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and ALL original packaging, enclosures, software, and blank warranty cards included; however such returns and/or order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Opened product not defective or dead on arrival may not be returned for a full refund but can be exchanged, at our sole discretion, with a valid RMA number. Please note: damage that is caused during installation or via mishandling and/or improper installation technique is not covered by our return policy or warranty and is not elidgible for a refund. RearProjectionLamps.com is a parts supplier only and does not perform repairs, nor offer instruction on repairs. While the process is simple to perform we suggest the buyer seek instruction via their TV owner/operation manual or similar entities offering manufacturer specified repair procedures. Products considered as specialty items including special order lamps, or various other products may not be returnable. Please contact customer service for further information. Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return.
Method of shipping:
RearProjectionLamps.com utilizes UPS for our shipping needs. We offer ground,
2-day, Overnight, and International shipping options. The shipping and handling costs vary
depending on the location where the item is to be shipped. PLEASE NOTE: International shipping locations
may be subject to Excise Taxes charged by your country and are buyer's responsibility.You will be issued
a tracking number shortly after your item has shipped from our warehouse.
Orders received by 2pm CST are processed the same day. If received after 2pm the order will be processed the next business day
